Ginny is one of the most understanding and caring people I have ever met, who's ability to make me feel heard and then assist me to move forward and grow has changed my life in a drastic way for the better.I reached out to Ginny during a time in life where I was struggling in my relationships with self as well as with other people. Through the books she recommended, our sessions together both talking and using tools like drawing and sand play Ginny helped me to learn to love myself most importantly, and to always ensure that I look out for my best friend (me) by helping him stand strong. We came across Ginny nearly 2 years after our son was born and we only wish we found her prior to being pregnant.. Everyone tells you how difficult it is and how your relationship can change but nothing can prepare you for when it actually happens!From our very first meeting, she has always been warm, understanding and empathetic. Her knowledge, expertise and friendly approach made us feel very comfortable and we always knew we were in safe hands.Ginny helped us get to know and understand the new “us”. We often are so fixated on the happiness of our child that we forgot to think about each other’s happiness and our own. We had to learn how to communicate with one another, how to put each other first and build a stronger foundation in preparation for #2. She gave us the necessary tools to strengthen and deepen our relationship as well as how to be loving, inspiring and supportive parents.We can’t thank Ginny enough and we highly recommend her to couples in need of relationship advice and guidance. A big thank you to the brilliant work of Ginny and her patient, thoughtful, kind, and inclusive approach to our sessions.Prior to seeing Ginny, my partner was very keen to start couples counselling. I was hesitant to begin due to the stigma and refusal to admit we had any issues.However, as each session progressed and we discussed our difficulties, applied her advice to our relationship, our conversations, how we approached certain difficult scenarios and how looked at life in general, we were able to see an immense positive difference in our relationship and us as individuals.We’ve never been more aligned as a couple and I doubt we would’ve ever been without Ginny. It’s a testament to Ginny that now I’m the one keen to continue our sessions and look forward to working with her..

Ginny was incredibly helpful in allowing myself and my partner to improve our communication, connection and understanding of each other. Our relationship suffered significantly after we had our first child and it was only with the guidance from Ginny that we were able to repair our marriage. Ginny is a very astute and insightful counsellor who respectfully guides our discussions in a way that results in neither myself nor my partner feeling like we were blamed, at fault or uncomfortable. My only regret is not seeking Ginny's expertise prior to us having our first baby and struggling for so long on our own. I highly recommend Ginny and her services to any couple regardless if they are expecting or have children as I feel that she would be able to help make any relationship more meaningful.

Well worth it.My fiancé and I have been seeing Ginny several times a month for the past year and it has made an incredible, positive difference in both our relationship and for us as individuals as well.Ginny quickly built a level of trust with us and gradually opened our eyes to what was going on in our relationship and what had occurred in both of our past's (as individuals) that had an impact on our ability to process tension/conflict and react to things in the present. Once we were able to diagnose what was going on, Ginny began to introduce mental/behavioural tools to allow us to avoid many of the negative patterns we'd created over the years of being together.I would encourage anyone feeling lost, tired or just generally concerned about the future of a relationship with someone they truly love - to seek Ginny out.You won't regret it, and it might just save your relationship.

Ginny saved us! My husband and I were in a bad place after the birth of our first child, nothing could have prepared us for the challenges ahead (especially the sleep deprivation) and we had to learn how to work on our relationship and put each other first again. Ginny listened, showed us how to communicate again and stressed the importance of meeting each other’s needs, something we’d all but forgotten about. We actually toasted her on our third wedding anniversary. Quite possibly the best investment you will ever make. Thank you Ginny!

Ginny made my partner and I feel extremely welcome from the first consultation and made it very clear that we were able to guide the way and offer feedback if we weren't getting what we wanted out of the sessions going forward. She was incredibly helpful and transparent with each of us, completely unbiased. We loved every session with her as difficult emotionally as some of those were, we now communicate in a way that we never would have if we hadn't seen Ginny.
